* U.S. Park Police Involved In Shooting In San Francisco’s Richmond District

U.S. Park Police were involved in an officer-involved shooting in San Francisco this evening, according to San Francisco police. The shooting occurred in the Richmond District near 25th Avenue and Cabrillo Street around 7 p.m., a San Francisco police spokesman said. The spokesman said he did not know whether the shooting was fatal or nonfatal. Calls to a National Park Service spokesperson for more information have not been returned.
