San Jose police and Santa Clara County sheriff’s deputies this afternoon are both pursuing several men suspected of burglarizing an East San Jose home. The suspects were last seen in a neighborhood in unincorporated Santa Clara County near Golf Drive and Toyon Avenue, sheriff’s officials said at 2 p.m. Police said that following the crime, the victim of the burglary had driven after the suspects for a short distance and that the suspects had shot out the victim’s window with what may have been a BB gun. Deputies are conducting a yard-to-yard search for the suspects, according to the sheriff’s office. No one has been injured, police said.
