On October 16th 2009 a gang related assault occurred in Redwood City. An alleged Sureno Gang member was stabbed in the neck by a group of Norteno gang members. The victim survived but suffered major injuries. Follow up investigation revealed that one of the suspects is allegedly Raul Torres.

There is a $500,000 arrest warrant for Torres for alleged attempted murder and a gang enhancement.

Torres, who goes by the moniker “NEF” is a Redwood City Little Mexico Gang Norteno. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

  • Raul Torres that did this crime lives in Salinas,Cal.on John st. in a trailer park on the corner across from a church.He is in a band called the Chicano All Stars.He plays as the drummer.Their originally from Canada and claim blue.All of them are males.Who have lied and manipulated them.As well as wealthy people od the community. And they suffer,with death,prison and selfworth fades.
