* Non-Fatal Shooting In East Oakland Monday Afternoon

One person has been shot in East Oakland this afternoon, according to Oakland police. The shooting was reported just after 4:30 p.m. on the 1600 block of 92nd Avenue, according to police spokeswoman Johnna Watson. The shooting appears to have been nonfatal, but police are on the scene now investigating and limited information is available, Watson said.
