Two armed men robbed a mobile check cashier at gunpoint Sunday afternoon, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office. The cashier was on Davis Road about half a mile west of Boronda Road around 2:15 p.m. Sunday when he was robbed, according to the Sheriff’s Office. One suspect broken the victim’s vehicle window and punched him several times while the other reached through the open passenger window and grabbed cash the cashier was carrying. The suspects fled in a light gold Impala, traveling east on Davis Road.
