* Man was injured in a shooting in San Francisco’s Ingleside neighborhood on Broad Street

A man was injured in a shooting this afternoon in San Francisco’s Ingleside neighborhood, police said. Police responded to reports of shots fired in the unit block of Broad Street, between San Jose and Plymouth avenues, Officer Carlos Manfredi said. When officers responded to the area they found evidence that there had been an injury shooting and locked down the area and set up a crime scene. About 15 or 20 minutes later a man arrived at San Francisco General Hospital suffering from a gunshot wound, Manfredi said. Police are continuing to investigate the shooting.
