Shots were fired into several vehicles and a home in the 300 block of Brown Street early this morning, a Vacaville sergeant police said. Patrol officers heard six or seven shots around 12:10 a.m. in the Brown Street and Bennett Hill Drive area, Sgt. Scott Whitehouse said. Responding officers located the vehicles and home that were struck by gunfire and determined the weapon used was a 9mm handgun, Whitehouse said. There were no injuries, no witnesses and no suspect information was available, Whitehouse said.
