* Timothy Stewart Arrested in Connection with Alleged Murder of Terry Spray in San Francisco

Police arrested Timothy Stewart, 51, of San Mateo on Monday night in connection with the murder of Terry Spray, 61, of San Francisco, according to San Francisco police. San Francisco police homicide investigators arrested Stewart at the San Francisco Hall of Justice for assaulting Spray in the 1100 block of Ellis Street on Aug. 3, 2012, police said. Spray was critically injured during the assault and remained on life support until his death on Sept. 18, 2012, according to police.
