* Stabbing at House Party in San Jose, Victim Uncooperative

An unidentified adult suspect at a house party stabbed a man in San Jose early Sunday morning, police said. The assault with a deadly weapon occurred around 4 a.m. in a home where a party was being held, located near the intersection of Quimby and S. White roads, police said. The victim was treated for non life-threatening stab wounds, police said. According to police, the victim was uncooperative with the investigation and the unidentified suspect remains at large.
