A Concord police SWAT team served a search warrant in Martinez Tuesday morning and arrested a suspect for drugs and weapons violations, a police lieutenant said. The search warrant was served at a house in the 1200 block of Henrietta Street that morning, Lt. Dave Hughes said. A resident of the home was arrested for illegal drugs and weapons violations, Hughes said.

The investigation remains active and Hughes said that Concord police are not yet releasing details about why the investigation led them to serve the warrant there.
