Three brothers were arrested after a SWAT team served a search warrant for suspected narcotics sales at an Antioch home on Wednesday morning, police said. At 7 a.m. Wednesday, the Antioch Police Department’s SWAT team searched a home in the 4900 block of Parkgreen Circle following an investigation involving the alleged sale of drugs from the home, police said. When police arrived, someone in the home tossed a loaded handgun out of a bedroom window, according to police. A shotgun was found concealed inside the home.
Police are checking on whether the weapons are registered to the residents. Also in the search, officers found evidence of marijuana and ecstasy sales, according to police. The three brothers, Cedric West, 22, Frederic West, 21, and Patrick West, 20, were arrested on drug and weapons charges, police said. The oldest brother was on felony probation for an armed robbery conviction in 2009, according to police. All three were booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
