* San Jose Man Shot And Killed In Gang-Related Shooting

Police in San Jose are investigating a possibly gang-related shooting tonight that left a 24-year-old man dead. Officers responded to reports that the man had been shot in the 1900 block of Poco Way at 6:39 p.m., according to police. The victim had been transported by friends to Regional Medical Center in San Jose, and was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle and remain at-large tonight, police said. Police believe the shooting was gang-related. The homicide is San Jose’s 29th homicide of the year.
