* Elise Hays, Petaluma Police Search For Missing At-Risk 19-Year-Old Woman

Petaluma police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing, at-risk 19-year-old woman who left her home in Petaluma. Elise Hays is described as having the mental capacity of a 13-year-old, police said. She is a white woman with blue eyes and brown hair, stands about 4 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 80 pounds, police said. Hays left her home in Petaluma with an unknown destination. She has previously been reported as a missing person and had left her residence in an attempt to be more independent. If Hays is located, please notify the Petaluma police at (707) 778-4372.
