A 28-year-old man was robbed of his wallet and ball cap at the Marin City bus stop early this morning, a Marin County sheriff’s lieutenant said. The Marin City man said he was waiting for a bus when six males in their teens wearing black hooded sweatshirts approached him around 12:30 a.m., Lt. Barry Heying said.
One pointed a chrome revolver at the man and said he would be shot if he ran, Heying said. Another teen struck the victim in the face, knocking him to the ground. The suspects took the man’s wallet and cap as he lay on the ground. Deputies searched the area but did not find the suspects. The victim was not injured, Heying said.
