* San Francisco Police Searching For Driver In Hit-And-Run That Critically Injured Man

Police are searching for the driver of a truck who fled after critically injuring another motorist in a collision in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood early this morning. The crash was reported at about 1:40 a.m. at Third and Bryant streets. The suspect’s vehicle, a green truck, was found a few blocks away from the crash scene but no one was inside, police said.

The victim in the other car, a man in his 20s, suffered a head injury and cuts to his face, and was taken to a hospital, police said. His injuries are considered life-threatening. The driver of the truck had not been found as of this morning.
