Two Richmond men were injured in a shooting after a party in Vallejo early Sunday morning, a police sergeant said. The two victims and a third Richmond man were driving away from a party on Winchester Street around 3:30 a.m. when they were approached by several suspects who fired shots at their vehicle, Sgt. Jeff Bassett said.
One of the men was shot in the left shoulder and was taken by ambulance to the NorthBay Medical Center, Bassett said. Another man in the vehicle was grazed by a bullet and hit by flying glass. He refused treatment. The three men were not forthcoming with information about the shooting, Bassett said. Police found several shell casings and a bullet hole in the vehicle. The shooting suspects were not located, Bassett said.
