* Shots Fired into Home in Watsonville

Watsonville police are searching for the person who fired shots into a home then fled on Thursday night. Officers responded to reports of someone shooting at a home in the 100 block of Palm Avenue around 10:45 p.m., according to police. After arriving, police determined that a suspect had fired multiple shots into the home occupied by a woman and small boy, then fled south on Sudden Street, police said. Police say the suspect’s vehicle was a gold sedan and that they searched the area but did not locate it. Investigators do not yet know if the crime was gang-related.
