A Santa Rosa man was arrested today after he allegedly threw rocks  at a neighbor’s home and threatened to kill the neighbor and police. Alfonso S. Marron, 40, allegedly began throwing rocks at a  neighbor’s home and causing a disturbance on the 3900 block of Finley Avenue  around 9:30 this morning, according to Sgt. Clay Van Artsdalen. When police arrived, the victims said Marron had threatened to get  a gun and kill them.

When the officers attempted to speak to him, Marron allegedly  locked the gate and told them they couldn’t come in, and then allegedly told  one of them that if she came on to his property he would shoot her. Marron walked further into his property and the police lost sight  of him. After attempts to contact him were unsuccessful, they called in the  SWAT team. However, as the team was being deployed, Marron was seen walking  on Leddy Avenue and taken into custody. He was arrested on suspicion of  terrorist threats, threats against a police officer and violation of  probation.
