Police have released a sketch of a woman whose body was found in a trash can in Pleasanton last month in an attempt to determine her identity. Officers found the body inside a trash can on May 24 at around 11:30 a.m. in the 11000 block of Dublin Canyon Road, police said. An autopsy has been completed but the Alameda County coroner’s bureau was unable to determine the woman’s identity, the exact time or cause of death, police said.
Authorities believe the woman was in the age range between mid-20s and 40 years old and was either Asian, Hispanic, or Caucasian with Asian or Native American traits, police said. She had no tattoos or distinctive markings and was wearing blue polish on her nails, red polish on her toenails and had three earrings in each ear, according to police. She was wearing pajama bottoms and an Old Navy shirt when found. The woman was 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighed about 130 pounds and had shoulder-length dark hair.
