A woman who was shot and killed inside an Emeryville home Monday afternoon has been identified as Taranda Jones, police Sgt. Dante Diotalevi said today. Police responded to the shooting in the 1000 block of 47th Street at around 3:30 p.m.  Jones, 18, was found inside the home with a gunshot wound to her upper torso.  She was transported to Alameda County Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said.
