* San Francisco police pursued two carjacking suspects into Oakland and made arrest

San Francisco police pursued two carjacking suspects into Oakland early this morning and took them into custody near the foot of the Bay Bridge, police said. The carjacking was reported at around 1:30 a.m. in San Francisco. The vehicle was located on the Bay Bridge headed to Oakland.In Oakland, both suspects left the vehicle in the area of West Grand Avenue, just off of the bridge. San Francisco police established a perimeter in the area to search for the suspects, assisted by Oakland police and the California Highway Patrol. During the search the two suspects were found and apprehended.
