* San Jose Police Need to Identify Suspects in Home Invasion Robbery on Foothill Drive

The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify the suspect in this sketch. On December 10th, 2009 at 1:40 PM a Home Invasion occurred on the 1000 block of  Foothill Dr in San Jose. The suspects entered the victim’s residence and started ransacking the her house.

The suspects confronted older female victim and dragged her through the house by her hair while demanding cash. When they were done the suspects shoved the victim into a closet and told her that if she called the police they would come back and kill her. The suspects fled on foot towards Coleman and Santa Teresa Blvd.

The suspects are described as black male adults in the residence and the third suspect was a white male adult as a lookout standing in front of the residence.

Suspect #2 is a black male, 18-22 yrs old, 5’7″, 150-160, black hair and brown eyes. The victim stated that he had a darker complexion than Suspect #1.

Suspect #3 is a white male wearing all black clothing.

Based on the evidence and the M.O. it may have started out as a residential burglary that turned into a robbery.
