Hollister Police Press Release
The Hollister Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying the suspect in an attempted kidnapping. On February 1, 2012 at approximately 9:20 pm, the Hollister Police Department received a call of a man with a knife at a laundry mat located on the 200 block of San Benito Street.
Police Officers arrived and met with a female victim and one witness. The victim reported a man approached her while she was in the business. He had a large knife and he ordered her to go with him. The woman pleaded with the man not to harm her and told him her husband was on his way to pick her up. The suspect hid the knife and left on foot northbound on San Benito Street.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult, 20-25 years old, dark complexion, about 5’ 8”, wearing a black beanie hat with a multi-color band toward the bottom edge of the beanie. He was unshaven and wearing a black hooded jacket, a multi-color scarf around his neck and dark pants. The attached photos were taken from the surveillance system at the business. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.

Why am I not surprised the guy is Mexican? He’s probably illegal. Another FAILURE in Odumbo’s “amnesty”. Odumbo needs to go!
