* Man Annoys Two Little Girls Walking in Laguna Niguel

On Saturday, April 28, 2012 at approximately 2:15 p.m. in the area of Vista Plaza Rd., in the City of Laguna Niguel, two 12 years old girls were walking on the sidewalk near their home. A male Hispanic, approximately 50-60 years old, 5-09, 175lbs, wrinkles around his eyes and mouth, black and grey wavy medium length hair, wearing a white t-shirt, light colored jeans
and dark brown sunglasses, driving a white panel van stopped next to the girls and said, “hey ladies, do you need anything?”.
The girls continued walking and the van drove away. A few minutes later, the same vehicle appeared again and stopped. The male subject exited the vehicle and the girls became afraid and ran home. The van was last seen driving away at a high rate of speed.
