The Solano County coroner’s office has identified the victim of a shooting murder outside a Fairfield bar Wednesday night as 29-year-old Tyrone Lacy of Suisun City. Sheriff’s Deputy Corey McLean said Lacy died at 9:55 p.m. at the scene of the shooting. He was shot in the head, according to police. McLean said McLean’s autopsy was in progress late this afternoon.

Fairfield police have not identified the other 31-year-old Fairfield man, who was shot in the head outside Perk’s Place Bar and Grill at 666 Parker Road. He was taken to a local hospital and was last listed in stable condition, police said. Officers responded to a call about a fight between two groups of men inside the bar around 8:45 p.m.

As police responded, another caller said shots were fired outside the bar. Police have not disclosed a reason for the fight or the relationship between the two groups of men.  It was Fairfield’s seventh homicide this year.
