The Napa County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Aptos man Wednesday on suspicion of having a yearlong sexual relationship with three teen boys, a sheriff’s captain said. Justin Noel Lopez, 26, was arrested at his residence around 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, Capt. Tracey Stuart said. He was booked into the Santa Cruz County Department of Corrections for lewd act with a child, oral copulation and sodomy, Stuart said.
Lopez also was known as Ashton Nasif and Justin Hicks, and told the teens he was much younger than 26, Stuart said.The Napa County Sheriff’s Office learned Lopez met two separate 14-year-old Napa boys through social networking sites between January 2011 and February, Stuart said.
Lopez met each boy and had sexual relations with them for several months, Stuart said. Detectives also learned Lopez had a yearlong sexual relationship with a 15-year-old Elk Grove boy in 2010, Stuart said. Investigators believe there may be more victims who have not come forward, Stuart said.
