Three men who fled from officers who tried to stop them for a firearm-related offense today have been arrested, according to Oakland police. Officers attempted to stop a vehicle in the 3500 block of Mandela Parkway at about 11:30 a.m. for a firearm-related offense but the vehicle fled.
A pursuit ended near the 700 block of 59th Street near Martin Luther King Jr. Way, where the three suspects hid in nearby yards, according to police. All three suspects were eventually detained and one firearm was recoveredby yards, according to police.
