* Man Uses Stun Gun to Try and Kidnap Girl in San Jose

San Jose police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man that used a stun gun to attempt to kidnap a 16 year old girl. Sgt. Jason Dwyer reports that on March 23rd, 2012, this suspect attempted to kidnap the girl in broad daylight in the Willow Glen district of San Jose. The girl fought back and was able to escape.
The suspect is described as Hispanic, in his 30s, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 209 pounds. He was seen fleeing the scene in a red compact car with tinted windows.
“This incident is very concerning to us because of the boldness of the suspect,” said police spokesman Sgt. Jason Dwyer, “It is very concerning to us and we’re asking for the public’s help in identifying him and locating him.”
