BART police are still trying to figure out what happened to a man who was found unconscious at San Francisco’s Civic Center station earlier this month. The man was found by a station agent on March 9th, lying on the floor unconscious and bleeding from his head, on the concourse level of the station near the pay phones by the Seventh and Market Street exit. He is currently hospitalized in critical but stable condition, police said.
The man is described a 6-foot-tall white man with brown hair and hazel eyes, wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and white shoes, police said. Customers pointed out the injured man but did not wait to talk to investigators. Police are hoping that witnesses can help them figure out how the man was hurt.
