* Solvay Bank Fraud Suspect Needs to Be Identified

The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office in New York is asking for the public’s help in identifying the man in these photos. Deputies report that on October 24, 2011, this suspect entered the Solvay Bank, located at 109 South Warren Street, where he allegedly attempted to pass a forged personal check stolen from the victim’s car.
