A teenage boy was shot in the foot near San Francisco’s Candlestick Park on Wednesday afternoon, police said today. The shooting was reported around 2:30 p.m. near the intersection of Gilman Avenue and Griffith Street. The 15-year-old victim was walking down the street when he heard a gunshot, then realized he had been shot in the ankle, according to police. The victim saw three males fleeing in a blue car. They had not been found as of this morning. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injury, police said.
