* Robbery Suspect Wanted by San Jose Police Caught on Camera

The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the man in these photos and sketch. Detective Adam Hutson reports that on December 31, 2011at about midnight, a strong arm robbery occurred at the La Corona Bar located at 858 North 13th Street. Three suspects approached the victim, who was outside the bar smoking.

Suspect #1 began punching the victim causing the victim fell to the ground. When he recovered from the assault, he realized that his wallet had been stolen. A witness observed the suspects run southbound on North 13th and into an alley where they entered a new white minivan, possibly a Toyota Sienna.

The other two suspects are approximately 25-28 years old and an unknown race, both approximately 506/160 and wore black hooded sweatshirts and dark pants. Suspect #1 – HMA, early 30’s, 506/230, dark circles around eyes, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
