Three suspects carjacked a vehicle in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant in Dixon Monday night, a Dixon police sergeant said Tuesday. Three adults were sitting in a white 2001 Ford Crown Victoria with a push bumper and two spotlights around 7:15 p.m. at the Jack in the Box restaurant at 150 Dorset Drive, Sgt. Tom Cordova said.

Two males and a female in a green, four-door compact vehicle, possibly a Toyota, approached the Ford, Cordova said. One of the suspects showed a pistol and demanded money and wallets from the occupants of the Ford and told them to get out of the car, Cordova said. The other male suspect drove away in the Ford.

Both vehicles were last seen driving north on North First Street near Dorset Drive, Cordova said. The Ford has California license plate No. 6TEC783. The suspect vehicle has California license plate No. 4CND506, Cordova said.
