Even as our state is drowning in billions of dollars in deficit, California taxpayers being forced by federal judges to spend BILLIONS of DOLLARS to force the state to build prison hospitals and clinics and hire hundreds of doctors and nurses to give prison inmates high quality medical care while millions of our taxpayers and children go without medical care.
