Luis “Baby” Ortiz was arrested for the alleged attempted murder of New York Police Officer Kevin Brennan. “This was an assassination attempt by this defendant against Police Officer Brennan,” prosecutor Lewis Lieberman told Criminal Court Judge Charles Troia.
