Two men were injured, one critically, in a shooting outside a Vallejo bar late Saturday night, a police sergeant said. Police received a call around 11:50 p.m. about a shooting outside the One Mile House bar at 1120 Broadway, Sgt. Jeff Bassett said. Officers found a 25-year-old man outside the bar suffering from a gunshot wound in the buttocks and a 21-year-old man in the driver’s seat of a vehicle parked on Broadway.
That shooting victim was barely conscious and had been shot a dozen times in the torso, Bassett said. The younger man was taken to the NorthBay Medical Center in Fairfield where he was resuscitated but remains in critical condition, Bassett said.The names of the victims have not been released. Bassett said there are no suspect descriptions or other details about the shootings.A woman who answered the phone at the bar refused to comment on the shooting this afternoon.
