The Morgan Hill Police Department is currently seeking Jose Steven Torres on a $50,000 warrant on suspicion of burglarizing seven homes over the past month around San Ramon Drive. Torres is described as being 5 foot 7 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. Torres reportedly has a thick New York accent and has tattoos all over his arms and hands.
