The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is currently seeking fugitive Gerald Howard. Howard is wanted by the Summit County Sheriff’s Office for Trafficking in Heroin. The Task Force has been looking for Howard since an arrest warrant was issued in October of 2011.Task Force Officers followed leads from Akron to Cleveland’s East side.

Howard is a 60 year old black male standing approximately 6’1” and weighing 220 pounds. Task Force Officers developed information that Howard may be staying in the area of East 35th Street in Cleveland. He also has ties to Maple Height and Akron. Howard has a criminal history that includes convictions for narcotics, fraud and burglary dating back to the 1970s.
