* Brittney Bouley Arrested by Mendocino County Sheriff’s Deputy for Allegedly Being Under the Influence of Methamphetamines

Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Press Release 1/23/12

On 01/22/2012 at approx. 2200 hrs. Deputy Moore, of the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office, was on routine patrol in the area of 140 Feedlot Ln. in Ukiah, when he saw a female adult, later identified as Suspect Brittney Bouley, standing near a closed business.

Deputy Moore contacted Suspect Bouley and as he spoke with her he noticed she was showing signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Deputy Moore gave Bouley a field test and determined she was under the influence of methamphetamines.

Bouley was arrested and searched. During the search, Deputy Moore located numerous hypodermic syringes in Bouley’s possession, two of the syringes were filled with a liquid drug. One syringe tested positive for methamphetamine and the other was positive for opiates. Suspect Bouley was also on diversion probation for a prior drug arrest.

Bouley was transported and booked into the Mendocino County Jail on the above listed charges, her bail is set at no bail for the probation violation.
