Three people were shot at Tuesday evening in Oakland but only one was hit by gunfire, police said. The shooting was reported around 6 p.m. in the 1800 block of Havenscourt Boulevard, police said. The person hit was taken to a hospital in stable condition, police said. No arrests have been made in the case.
