* Man Assaults 13 Year Old Girl in San Jose, Police Need to Identify

The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in this sketch. Detective Emilio Perez reports that on January 1st, 2012 at about noon, this suspect was riding a bike in the area of Lucretia and Bellhurst Avenue. He then approached a 13 year old girl from behind grabbed her buttocks.

The suspect is described as a hispanic male, about 20 to 30 years old, 150 to 175 lbs, medium complexion, thin build, black hair. He was wearing a yellow long sleeve shirt with black letters, white dirty running shoes and light blue jeans. The bike is described as an old blue Beach Cruiser bike.
