Two Baltimore police officers arresting a subject are surrounded by a hostile crowd. Suddenly another subject charges them and tackles one of the officers allowing the first subject to escape. The crime is caught on camera by a bystander. WARNING THE VIDEO IS DISTURBING AND NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.
