* Hector Serrano killed in a shooting in Oakland on Christmas Eve on D Street

A man fatally shot in Oakland on Christmas Eve has been identified as Hector Serrano, a police spokeswoman said today. Serrano was killed in a shooting reported at about 11:45 p.m. Saturday in the 8600 block of D Street, police spokeswoman Officer Johnna Watson said.He was fired on by three suspects while he stood on the sidewalk. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival, police said. No arrests had been made in connection with the shooting as of today, Watson said.

  • It’s going to be 5 years since this happen to Hector and there’s still no clues about the suspects. It’s very disappointing that everything is still the same and investigators give you no hope that this case will be solve.
