Courteny Lewis is suspected of shooting 4 people killing one while he was under the influence of PCP and cocaine. Pine Bluff, Arkansas were searching for him when he allegedly suddenly stands in front of a police car, points a gun at the officer and pulls the trigger. Fortunately the gun was out of bullets. The dramatic incident was recorded on the dashboard camera on the police car.
