A reporter and his cameraman get caught between Mexican marines and drug cartel gunmen as a fierce gun battle erupts in Veracruz. The Mexican Navy and Marines have recently taken control of the state’s largest city and disbanded the entire police department. They will patrol the city until a new police department can be created.
