A 60-year-old woman was robbed at gunpoint Wednesday night while walking near San Francisco’s Levi’s Plaza, police said today. The woman was walking near Sansome and Union streets around 8:20 p.m. when a man approached her and pulled out a handgun, according to police.
The man, believed to be in his early 20s, demanded the woman’s property and she complied, handing over her purse, police said. The suspect then got into a gray vehicle with another man inside it and fled. No arrests had been made in the case as of this morning, according to police. The victim was not injured in the robbery.
