* Norris Terrell was Arrested on Suspicion of Fatally Shooting a Man Near the Former Occupy Oakland Encampment


A man suspected of fatally shooting a man near the former Occupy Oakland encampment at Frank Ogawa Plaza was arrested in Kentucky on Sunday, police said.

Oakland resident Norris Terrell was arrested by police in Lexington, Ky. on suspicion of fatally shooting 25-year-old Kayode Foster on Nov. 10. According to police, Terrell was charged Thursday with one count of murder and shooting into an inhabited dwelling.

Three other suspects have also been arrested in connection with shooting, police said.
