* Child Annoying at Andrew Hill High School in San Jose

The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in this police sketch. According to Detective Lauren Vidal, on Sept. 20th, 2011 at about 2 pm, a 15 year old female was walking on the campus of Andrew Hill High School. The suspect was walking in the opposite direction directly towards her.

The suspect walked up to the victim, hugged her, and tried to kiss her on the lips.  The victim pushed the suspect away from her and continued to her next class.  This victim saw the suspect once before on campus last school year.  This victim describes the suspect as a Hispanic male, 19 years old, light skin, thin build, straight short crew cut hair, goatee and mustache, with a tattoo on his right bicep that started with an ‘E’.
