Chicago police report they have arrested Darren Hayes for allegedly taking part in a mob action and beating, kicking and stabbing a victim on North Halsted in Lakeview that was filmed and posted to YouTube. Chicago police need help to identify the other suspects. Warning Video Contains Violent Images.
