Aransas County Court-at-Law Judge William Adams will not be charged with any crimes in the video taped case of beating his daughter. Rockport Police Chief Tim Jayroe stated that the statutes of limitations expired. Detectives report they believe a crime did occur in the beating but the district attorney said he could not charge the judge. Judge William Adams maintains he did nothing wrong and was simply disciplining his child.
